Report a Community Issue
Use this service to report damaged roads, blocked drainage, waste/environmental issues, damaged infrastructure, faulty streetlights, or water/public facility problems. Reports can later be reviewed for connection to an existing council Project — Council does not automatically create a Project from a report.
Typically processed within 14 calendar days
