The Department of Development Planning and Project Management supports the Council in planning, coordinating and monitoring development programmes and projects across Kuje Area Council.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Council's development planning activities.
- Identify and document community development needs.
- Support the preparation of development plans and programmes.
- Coordinate development projects across communities and wards.
- Monitor the implementation and progress of Council projects.
- Support project documentation, reporting and evaluation.
- Facilitate coordination between the Council, communities and development partners.
